Submission of site boundary

Sites submitted outside the boundaries of the Borough of Broxbourne (see map below) will not be considered. Sites for residential dwellings or self-build/custom housebuilding must be capable of delivering at least 5 dwellings. Sites proposed for commercial development must have a site area of at least 0.25 hectares or 500 sq. m of floorspace.
