Waltham Cross Call for sites

Overview

Broxbourne Borough Council is preparing an Area Action Plan and Town Centre Planning Framework for Waltham Cross. These documents will seek to bring forward co-ordinated and sustainable development across Waltham Cross. If you would like to propose a site for consideration by the Council as it prepares these documents, please fill out the following form. Please note submissions for sites outside Waltham Cross will not be considered. 

Submissions will be held by the Council as part of a database of information to inform the preparation of future plans for Waltham Cross. Submission does not guarantee inclusion of a site within any future Council plan. 

What happens next

All sites submitted will be considered for inclusion within the Waltham Cross Area Action Plan. Those deemed suitable will form part of a comprehensive masterplan led approach to the regeneration of Waltham Cross.
